OTAi SR polymer-modified cementitious waterproof coating is composed of polymer emulsion and inorganic mixed material.

Cementitious Waterproof Coating

The product is a high-quality waterproof product with independent intellectual property rights produced by BNBM Waterproof after digestion, absorption and improvement on the basis of a complete set of imported Spanish equipment, technology and formula. It has the characteristics of high elongation, water pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and strong deformation resistance, which is very suitable for underground waterproof engineering.

Self-Adhesive Polyethylene Reinforcement Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane

The product is made of polyethylene as the base, high-polymer modified bitumen glue as the coating material, and is made of waterproof material by pouring, water cooling and rolling process.

Heat Melt Polyethylene Reinforcement Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane

Otai prefabricated accessories are all made by polymer waterproofing membrane ( TPO, PVC or HDPE membrane) ,which are easily welded with the same waterproofing sheet with hot air .

GF (Chengdu) integrated circuit manufacturing project adopts double-layer fortification in waterproof design, and its upper layer or exposed part adopts the world's highest-end polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane. The TPO waterproofing membrane of Tianjin Binhai OTAi Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. has passed the highest standard of FM certification, and has good performance in flame retardant, wind resistance, hail resistance and other indicators. OTAi TPO waterproofing membrane covers an area of nearly 140,000 square meters in this project. The raw materials of TPO waterproof membrane are imported from Basel, Europe. Construction method: 1, The concrete roof adopts full adhesion method; 2, The steel structure roof is constructed by mechanical fixation method. The TPO full adhesion system and self-adhesive membrane double set up, effectively eliminating the hidden waterproof layer of concrete roofing string of hidden water; The mechanical fixing method adopts OMG gasket imported from the United States, and the non-perforated construction method effectively reduces the risk of leakage, evenly distributes the wind load, and improves the wind exposure resistance of the roof waterproof layer.
